Meet Kevin

Born and raised in Alameda, Kevin has never lived anyplace else. In addition to a lifetime understanding of the East Bay, Kevin grew up with real estate professionals — his father, a Realtor®, and his twin brother, Ryan, founder of Coast and Co. Real Estate.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science at California State University, East Bay and worked several years in that field for tech titans such as Google and Meta. As a team leader, he honed his skills in data analytics, negotiation, planning, conflict resolution, and communication. But the work was somehow unfulfilling — tech didn’t offer him immediate gratification from his work.

Real estate offered that opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, and a new career beckoned. He and Ryan bought their first house together in 2001, and since then, he has been helping his brother and father manage properties. With a close-knit family, Kevin has been exposed to real estate babble, absorbing information about investing and analyzing property values. The work agrees with him; he enjoys building relationships with his clients and obtaining optimum results. He credits his success to honesty, accountability, integrity, doing business ethically, and putting his clients first.
